Nice treatment from Castlery!
I recently ordered a bedroom furniture set from Castlery, and they offered this glass set as a welcome gift for making a large purchase. Unfortunately, the first box arrived with some broken glasses inside, so I was a little disappointed and reached out to customer service. They responded promptly and arranged an exchange for another set. It’s a beautiful and practical set of glasses that my family and I will enjoy using every day!

I like the storage and neutral color, but there’s a measurement issue: my standard queen mattress doesn’t fit the queen frame, so there’s a huge gap between the headboard and mattress. Standard pillows practically disappear into the gap; it’s that big. It looks terrible. The headboard fabric also puckers and doesn’t look great. Do not buy this couch if you’re planning to sit on it.
1 star because the fabric looks nice, but that’s about it. The website states a 2/5 for softness, which impacted my decision to buy, as I was expecting a softer experience. It’s far from that; I wouldn’t even give it a 5. Knowing this is an investment, I contacted customer service immediately to initiate a return. Great bed
Love the look of the bed, and the storage space is large. Ours arrived, but the bed wasn’t able to stay up unless you held it. We went to the store, and they said this wasn’t normal, so it will be fixed. Once the bed stays upright to access the storage, it will be great!
