It is a beautiful cutlery set. We received ours with a missing teaspoon set. I think it slipped out during shipping/ delivery. Castlery’s customer service was top notch and resolved it right away.

We provide comments after using our purchase mostly. This minimalistic design is awesome as its basic function is not the least compromised which is impressive be it cutting, scooping or picking up food into the mouth.
About its design, the colour contrast ease the vision, there's enough length for most grips and its weight in stainless steel provides substantial good feel. Due to its material and simplicity, cleaning becomes a no-hassle.

In case the items have left the warehouse, a restocking fee will be incurred for changes or cancellations. Details on our full terms can be found here.
We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you had opted to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot. However, if your order is shipped via FedEx, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.
