We love this set, it looks high end and gets compliments from everyone. If there were anything I would change it would be to add tie backs to the back cushions, they are light and small, these fly away even with the slightest breeze. Good seating area
I was looking for an outdoor seating area for a while and settled on the Rio. I have small children so the dark cushions were a must. I looked at other options in black but I really liked the charcoal grey cushions on this set.

We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you opt to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.

Note any last-minute changes or requests sent in less than 3 business days before your scheduled delivery date will be subjected to a re-delivery fee of $100. Business days are defined as M-F and do not include Statutory and public holidays.
