Unsatisfactory quality of Perga ruh
The rug design was nice but only after a few days, the white knots start to come out in many areas. I vacuum normally, mostly using robot vacuum with normal suctions. The surface is also a bit rough with some areas having spiky jute. I would not recommend this rug despite the lovely design. Review on Perga Area Rug, Gray, 5'x8'

Castlery refused to assist with return request
I’ve been trying to get the two area rugs I ordered for my new place returned due to wrong size. Reached out to Castlery within 30 days of receiving my order. They acknowledged my return request but refused to do anything about it. No response and disregard my my return request. I paid over $1200 for two rugs, never open package. This includes the spot where you plan to place the item, as well as any doorways, corridors, stairwells, and elevators the item will need to pass through during delivery. Yes, we're happy to help you do so at no additional cost before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges. You will receive a reminder in advance that your shipment is ready to be processed, and you will have 24 hours to request changes or cancellation without incurring charges.

In case the items have left the warehouse, a restocking fee will be incurred for changes or cancellations. Details on our full terms can be found here.
We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you opt to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.

Note any last-minute changes or requests sent in less than 3 business days before your scheduled delivery date will be subjected to a re-delivery fee of $100. Business days are defined as M-F and do not include Statutory and public holidays.
