Stylish and Sturdy, But Strong Initial Odour
The bed frame looks beautiful and feels very sturdy, and the overall build quality is solid. However, there was a very strong smell when it first arrived. I aired it out for a couple of weeks, which helped reduce it, but the odour was still noticeable initially. Aside from the smell, I’m happy with the quality and appearance, but it would be perfect if the off-gassing issue was improved.Review on Harper Queen Size Bed, Chestnut

We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you opt to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.

We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.
