APR 1, 2025We love the product and the look but using an Allen Wrench is no one’s favorite tool. During ssembly and due to either the wholes or the threads not lining up, the female end popped out and is not able to go back in. I assembled two Straw chairs, 6 dining chairs and a dining table and did not twist hard on any of it but this one broke. See photos attached.
